48 hours in advance
An appointment can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance; otherwise, we will be forced to charge a fee.
For Monday
An appointment for Monday must be cancelled at least on the Thursday before.
Disease
In case of illness, you must cancel before 09:00, otherwise we will be forced to charge a fee.
Repeated resistance
Appointments that are repeatedly rescheduled due to illness will also be charged.
